Thermo pond deicer is thermostatically controlled operates on only 100 watts - incredibly energy efficient. 11-1/2" diameter unit has a heating chamber designed to keep an 8-1/2" hole free in the ice on your pond - allowing toxic gases to escape during winter months through its 2" center vent. This Pond De-icer will not harm pond liners or plastic ponds. Works in ponds up to 1,000 gallons. 10 ft. cord. Works best in locations shielded from wind and in temperatures above 0ºF.
