I ordered a part from this place on 3/19/23.  It was supposed to take 3-5 days to get here. By 3/30/23 I had not received my part so I called.  I got voicemail so I left a message.  They did respond by text quickly and I gave them my order information.  After many attempts to reach then again, it was 4/5/23 before they replied again.  They promised my part would be here by the next day.  It was two more days before it got here.  Big surprise, the part was not what I ordered.  I went back to their web page to check the part and low and behold, the picture of the part had been removed.  I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund.  That was five days ago and I still have no response from them.  If they don't fix their mistake this week, I will have to go through my credit card company to get my money back.
