Received our new filter, installed it, worked great for 2 1/2 weeks, then stopped working... looks like faulty parts... UV Clarifying Ballast was faulty. Still waiting on response from PondDepot.com Staff. Purchased Filter online 5/12/2020, installed 5/22/2020, stopped working around 6/7/2020. Contacted PondDepot.com... response was 3-5 days... via Email, still waiting for there response to make this right. Let’s Hope they do, and I’ll be a Happy Customer.
